• What is Scentsy Club?
  Scentsy Club is a monthly subscription program that lets you schedule shipments of your favorite Scentsy consumables (aka the stuff that runs out) right to your door. Members enjoy exclusive perks when they join.

  What are the exclusive perks available to Scentsy Club members?
  Scentsy Club members get exclusive access to select Scentsy Bricks on any subscription order — these bricks are five times the size of Scentsy Bars. We’re always looking for ways to “sweeten the box” for Scentsy Club members.

  What does it cost to be a Scentsy Club member?
  Nothing! There are no fees to join the Scentsy Club subscription program, and there are no minimum or maximum purchase requirements. You pay only for the products you order and any applicable shipping charge. Depending on your country and/or the purchase amount of your order, you may qualify for flat-rate, reduced or free shipping.
• What is Always Get My Bar?
  Always Get My Bar is a benefit exclusive to Scentsy Club members. Throughout the year, Scentsy Wax Bars are discontinued to make room for new ones. The problem is, it’s disappointing when your very favorite fragrance is discontinued. But with Always Get My Bar, there’s no need to worry! If we discontinue a bar that’s in your subscription, we’ll keep making it just for you (as long as you keep it in your subscription)!* This even applies to Scent of the Month, Wax Collections and Bring Back My Bar fragrances.
  
  

  Are there rules for Always Get My Bar?
  Yes. A Scentsy Bar can be added to a subscription while it’s available for sale to the general public. If it’s ever discontinued, we’ll keep making it just for that Scentsy Club member as long as the discontinued bar is not removed from the subscription.
  
  There are a few things to be aware of:
  
  

  • Total quantity and delivery frequency of a discontinued bar can be decreased, but not increased.
  • Shipment of a discontinued bar can be skipped once in a 12-month period. Beyond that, the bar is automatically and permanently removed from the subscription.
  • Cancelling a shipment containing a discontinued bar qualifies as a “skip” and is counted against the two-skips-per-calendar-year rule mentioned above.
  • Always Get My Bar is intended for personal use only.

  
  In any case, if a discontinued bar is removed from a Scentsy Club subscription due to any of the reasons stated above, it cannot be added back unless is becomes available for sale to the general public again — if it’s chosen as a winner in Bring Back My Bar, for example.
• What products are eligible for Scentsy Club subscriptions?
  Eligible products include all Scentsy consumables (aka the stuff that runs out) available in your country. As of Sept. 1, 2018, eligible product availability is as follows:

  What products are not eligible for Scentsy Club subscriptions?
  Anything that’s not a consumable item or “hard good” is not eligible for Scentsy Club subscriptions, nor are Clearance items and Flash Sale products. Ineligible products include fragrance systems, plush items and accessories such as:

  • Warmers
  • Diffusers
  • Scentsy Go units
  • All Accessories except light bulbs
  • Scentsy Buddies, Clips, Sidekicks and Blankie Buddies

  Will additional products be offered through Scentsy Club in the future?
  We will always look to expand Scentsy Club program offerings and are committed to treating our Scentsy Club members as the special people they are.

  Are subscription items eligible for any specials that may be going on?
  Subscription orders are eligible for 10%-off months. They are not eligible for Flash Sale or Clearance items.
• Are special programs eligible for Scentsy Club subscriptions or the Always Get My Bar perk?
  Yes! Here’s a list:
  
  Scent of the Month
  You can subscribe to the Scent of the Month (SOTM) program to get a different fragrance each month. You can also add a specific SOTM fragrance to your subscription while it’s available to the general public to take advantage of the Always Get My Bar perk.   Wax Collections
  You can subscribe for individual Scentsy Bars from wax collections within 30 days of the collection’s launch date, or throughout the duration of the limited time offer (whichever is longer). Individual bars from wax collections are also eligible for Always Get My Bar, but please note that packaging may change over time as a bar is discontinued to the general public.   Bring Back My Bar (BBMB) winners
  BBMB winners are also eligible for Always Get My Bar if added to a subscription within the active selling period. See the Always Get My Bar Q&A for more details.
  
  Scentsy Bars in Limited-Time Seasonal Collections

  Scentsy Bricks
  When new fragrances are launched in Scentsy Bricks, you can subscribe to these new fragrances in Scentsy Bar form within 30 days of the bricks’ launch date, or throughout the duration of the limited time offer (whichever is longer). These Scentsy Bars will begin shipping with Scentsy Club orders once the bricks promotion ends. Scentsy Brick fragrances in Scentsy Bar form are also eligible for Always Get My Bar.   Scentsy Whiff Box
  Our monthly assembled Scentsy Whiff Box is eligible for Scentsy Club subscriptions for a fun surprise every month!
• How do I set up a new subscription?
  It’s easy!

  1. From this page, click Build Your Subscription.
  2. Browse through all the eligible Scentsy Club products and add as much as you want to your subscription.
  3. Choose how often you want each product to ship: Every month, two months or three months.
  4. Proceed to Checkout by logging in or creating an account.

  Can multiple products be bundled in one subscription?
  Yes, you can add as much as you want of any eligible product to your subscription. You can also include Bundle & Save products. For example, you can order your choice of any 6 Scentsy Bars at a discount. See the Bundle & Save tab while building your subscription.

  Can I have Scentsy Club subscriptions under multiple Scentsy Consultants?
  Yes; however, each subscription per Consultant is considered its own separate subscription and is not associated with other subscriptions.

  Can I set up or purchase a Scentsy Club subscription for someone else?
  Yes, you can set up subscriptions as gifts to others. Keep in mind you can only have one subscription per Consultant per account, which requires a separate login for each subscription.

  I just want the product. Why do I have to choose a Consultant?
  Scentsy is a direct selling company that relies on its Independent Consultants to sell products. Even though you may not interact with the Consultant you choose, she/he is a vital part of our business and an excellent resource should you ever have questions about Scentsy products or your order.
• How do I edit my subscription?
  Follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit your Consultant’s personal website and log in.
  2. Click Account from the top right of the website.
  3. Click Scentsy Club Subscription.
  4. View your upcoming shipments and edit your subscription.

  Can I edit my existing subscription?
  Yes. You can modify your account and profile information at any time. When you modify an existing subscription order within 10 days of your next shipment date, those changes will be applied to the next available subscription shipment. You can also cancel an order at any time. Note that if you cancel an order containing an Always Get My Bar fragrance, the cancellation counts as a “skip” per the Always Get My Bar rules.

  If I choose to remove a product from my subscription, can I add it back?
  Yes, if a product (including a Scentsy Bar) is currently available to the general public, you can remove and add it back to your subscription. If you remove a discontinued Scentsy Bar that is still being made just for you as a Scentsy Club member (the Always Get My Bar perk), it cannot be added back to a subscription, unless it is made available to the general public again in the future.

  What happens if the credit card associated with my subscription is declined?
  If a credit card is declined, we will try to process the order two more times. You will be notified after each processing attempt. After the billing information is updated, the order will ship immediately. If the card is declined a third time, the subscription will be deactivated. To reactivate the subscription, you’ll need to visit the subscription page to update your credit card information. Items in a subscription will not be shipped until the subscription is reactivated.

  How do I view my subscription page?
  Go to your Account, click Scentsy Club and select your subscription.
• How frequently can I have my subscription shipped?
  Frequency is scheduled by you on a per-product basis. You have the option to have a product shipped every month, two months or three months. Each month’s shipment must meet the shipping thresholds to qualify for free or reduced shipping. See our shipping chart for details.

  Can I change the date my subscription ships?
  Yes. You can adjust your monthly shipment date 10 days prior to the process-for-shipping date for a particular order; we’ll send you a reminder. Processing/shipping days for Scentsy Club subscription orders are the second and third Tuesdays of a given month.

  Can I skip a shipment?
  Yes. You can skip shipment of individual items by editing your subscription 10 days prior to processing, or you can cancel your entire order shipment any time prior to the process-for-shipping date. You can also skip shipment of all items in your next delivery by changing the day the shipment is scheduled.
  IMPORTANT: For a discontinued Scentsy Bar being received exclusively through Scentsy Club’s Always Get My Bar perk, you can only skip shipment once in a 12-month period before it is automatically and permanently removed from your subscription. Cancelling an order also qualifies as a skip.

  How many times can I skip a product or shipment?
  You can skip a product or shipment as many times are you’d like. However, shipment of any Always Get My Bar fragrance in your subscription can only be skipped once in a 12-month period before it is automatically and permanently removed from your subscription.

  Can I split my subscription into more than one shipment each month?
  No. Your subscription comes in one box per month per subscription.
